hi
i am at work now
so, when i select a room
it does not open
it take a few seconds then it show " ROOM UNAVAILABLE"
why ? |

but i checked the firewall settings
and i now that every room has alimited users
i think the admin in my work do something to internet
because it happend to me when i was in university |

Solution is to go to the following location

help/settings_manager07.html] [
+---- You will see the position of the company Macromedia & Adobe
+------ Wait a bit before you will see the flash file there are sites under
+------- Click on the word rave "Delete all Sites"
+-------- Click on the word "Confirm"
+--------- Will see all the sites were cleared after the closure of all sites then enter the site Billiards
+---------- Open the rooms after that you can access easily to the rooms in which you have a problem
